This hand-bound and beautifully illustrated volume, together with its hand-crafted display case, was presented to the University in 1935 by the UBC Faculty Association to honour its deceased members.

Inside are the names, positions, and dates of death of deceased University faculty and senior administrators, as well as instructors from affiliated colleges.

It is currently housed at Rare Books and Special Collections in Main Library.
