Named after Dr. Leon Ladner in honour of his donation of $150,000 to the construction of this tower.

This 121 feet clock tower is built in honor and memory of the pioneers of B.C., in particular Thomas Ellis and William Henry Ladner. It is operated and controlled by a master clock mechanism installed in the Carillon equipment building beside it.
