- Named after UBC clinical assistant professor of Pathology and B.C. entrepreneur Donald Rix, who
contributed to the cost of the building.
- Notes:
- This 5,000-square-metre four-storey facility will house a variety of tenants
and was developed by Discovery Parks Inc. It is designed to help
foster the development of high-tech industry.
